Seasonal tenants get contracts, installment schedules and renewals. Transient boaters get a short-stay booking flow with its own availability and blackout dates. Both draw from the same slip inventory, so a transient booking cannot double-book a seasonal slip.

No commission on what you book
BerthRight charges one flat monthly subscription, priced by your maximum slip or storage count, whichever is higher. We take no percentage of your reservations and charge no per-transaction fee — a booking made through your marina is entirely yours.

Yes. Transient is a dedicated module with its own availability and blackout dates, sharing the same slip inventory as seasonal reservations so nothing gets double-booked.
What happens when the marina is full?
The waitlist module records interested boaters and their vessel details, so you can work from an actual list when a slip frees up.
