Renewals as a batch, not a to-do list
The renewals module reviews the coming season across the whole marina, so you generate, price and send next year's contracts in a batch and then track who has signed. It replaces the annual spreadsheet where operators mark off names by hand.

Is e-signature included or is it a paid add-on?
It is included. BerthRight has no paid add-ons — e-signature is part of the subscription, so there is no separate e-signature product to license.
Do tenants need an account to sign a contract?
No. Contracts are sent as a secure single-use signing link that opens directly in the browser. Tenants can optionally use the customer portal, but signing does not require it.
How do season renewals work?
The renewals module generates next season's contracts for the marina as a batch from your templates, then tracks which have been sent, signed and paid.
